1.1. The referral program is open to all registered users of Unicoin DCX who have completed the identity verification (KYC) process.
1.2. Referees (new users) must also complete KYC and make a qualifying first trade to activate rewards.
1.3. Unicoin DCX reserves the right to disqualify any participants who breach the platform’s terms of service.
2.1. Rewards are capped at one referral reward per new user; additional trades by the same referee do not qualify for additional rewards.
2.2. Unicoin DCX reserves the right to adjust, modify, or terminate the referral program at any time without prior notice.
2.3. Rewards are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other assets.
3.1. Any fraudulent activity, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, self-referring, or referring fictitious users, will result in disqualification from the program and forfeiture of all earned rewards.
3.2. Unicoin DCX will monitor accounts for any signs of abuse or manipulation. Violators will be subject to account suspension or permanent banning from the platform.
4.1. Unicoin DCX reserves the right to change the terms of the referral program, including reward amounts, eligibility criteria, and reward distribution timelines, at its discretion.
4.2. Any changes to the referral program terms will be communicated via the Unicoin DCX website and other official communication channels.
5.1. Unicoin DCX is not liable for any losses, costs, or damages incurred as a result of participation in the referral program.
5.2. The referral program is void where prohibited by law, and participants are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
